General Information
Beverages:
Full bar available (see beverage menu).
Capacity:
Inside Dining Room - 130 seated guests.
Outside Patio - 180 seated guests.
Lawn - 300 seated guests.
Catering:
Provided by the Mountain Terrace or select from a list of approved caterers. Client may use a caterer not on the approved list for an additional $1,000 fee.
Cancellation:
8 months prior, $250 administrative fee retained, less than 8 months prior, 50% of total rental fee retained in addition to the $250 administration fee.
Ceremony:
$100 fee, includes a ceremony arbor.
Deposit:
A security deposit of $500.00 and half of the rental fee is required to reserve a date.
Furniture:
Tables and chairs provided for 150 guests, all additional equipment must be rented.
Music:
Amplified sound is permitted inside the building only.
Misc:
Confetti is prohibited, rice is prohibited, flower petals are permitted outside with a $50 “clean up” fee.
Overtime:
Overtime charges are $300 per hour, plus staff.
Parking:
Self-parking in the front lot is available, additional parking at an adjacent lot can be arranged if necessary.
Rental Fees 2012:
All rates below are based on an 8-hour rental period and do not include tax. All discounted rates from November through May and weekday rentals require the use of the Mountain Terrace in-house catering. Additional rental fees are charged on holiday weekends.
December – March:
Monday through Friday - $750, Saturday - $1,250, Sunday $1,000
November & April:
Monday through Friday - $1,500, Saturday - $2,000, Sunday - $1,750
May
Monday through Thursday - $1,500, Friday - $2,320, Saturday - $3,400, Sunday - $2,520
June – October:
Monday through Thursday, $1,500, Friday $2,900, Saturday $4,250, Sunday $3,150
Rehearsal: A 1-hour ceremony rehearsal is included in the rental fee.
Set Up: All ceremony set-up is handled by the Mountain Terrace. Caterers are responsible for all furniture set-up, breakdown and clean-up.
